680,000 more hectares of trees need to be planted to meet our climate goals – many of these will be pine trees.

The Climate Change Commission's Final Advice to the government says that between 2021 and 2035 we need to plant 300,000 more hectares of native trees and 380,000 more hectares of exotic trees.
