Who we are

Discover Forestry New Zealand is a sector run non-profit education based organisation. We aim to provide face to face engagements and experiences for students and teachers with the forestry sector.

We can provide local workplace connections with professional foresters and members of the forest sector for hands on learning, information and field trips along with school presentations, careers materials and student inspiration.

A range of school programmes, resources or interactions with people from our local workplaces is available through our team of coordinators, the forestry sector and other associated organisations.
